Danny Steyn is a professional windsurfing photographer with hundreds of photos and feature stories published in the premier windsurfing magazines around the world.

As a competitive windsurfer himself, Danny has had access to the best windsurfers in the world and has had the privilege of traveling to the worlds best windsurfing destinations. Danny's own competitive windsurfing career has spanned more than 10 years and has seen him capturing the South African Masters National Slalom and Wave Championships as well as the overall South African Masters National Overall Windsurfing championship in 1993. Danny has also won many other prestigious titles including the Cabarete Race Week several times

As a professional windsurfing photographer Danny has photographed the explosive progression of windsurfing on his local beaches from Durban, South Africa to his current home in Fort Lauderdale, USA.

Always eager to travel, Danny undertakes windsurfing photography assignments wherever they might be, and regularly supplies freelance windsurfing photography taken in his native Ft Lauderdale and Miami windsurfing areas.
