PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES - FORT LAUDERDALE

Danny Steyn and his professional team of dedicated wedding and engagement photographers have over 40 years of combined wedding photography experience. We offer a range of engagement photography packages to suit all budgets. Our most affordable packages consist of one photographer, whereas our larger packages include an assistant/stylist to ensure the most attractive engagement photography possible.

General

The Engagement Photography Pricing listed below is meant to serve as a guideline only. We are always willing to custom tailor the engagement photography package to your personal tastes. Call us to discuss your preferences and special requests.

Depending on your personal tastes, our Engagement Photography Packages can comprise traditional style of engagement photography, our ever popular casual tropical beach engagement photography, as well as more "avant-garde" photojournalistic style of engagement photography 

Photographers and Assistants

Brian or Victoria shoots all engagements personally as the prime photographer. For the premium packages where a second cameraman is required, Brian uses accomplished professional photographers to capture the detail photos.

We are also able to supply additional services such as photographers assistants, make up artists and hairstylists. These services are available at short notice and at competitive rates.

Equipment

In terms of Equipment, we have completely transformed our studio and services into Digital Photography. The image quality of the latest cameras exceeds the quality provided by film and shoot the entire engagement on the highest resolution Nikon Professional Digital Cameras. We carry redundant backup equipment so that we are never vulnerable to equipment failure.

For our premium packages we bring our location / studio lighting – we carry over 2500 WS of lighting, enough to light the most demanding environments. Lights are modified by large umbrellas and soft boxes that diffuse the light and provide that soft flattering light.

What’s included in our engagement photography packages

NEGATIVES, PRINTS AND ENLARGEMENTS

We supply proofs based on the package you order, and we supply all original images on CD. Our CD's contain both hi-res images suitable for enlargements, and lo-res images suitable for emailing and web site creation 

We give you Limited Reproduction Rights along with your package - this is the equivalent of giving you the negatives in the pre-digital photography era. This allows you to make your own enlargements and copies of your engagement photography at any photo store of your choice at a fraction of the price it would cost you to have the photographer do it.

TRAVEL

All Engagement Photography Packages include travel within a 25-mile radius of Fort Lauderdale - outside of the 25 mile radius we charge $0.42c per mile and $50 per hour of travel time.

For Caribbean Island and Bahamas engagements, the client is responsible for all actual travel costs including, flights, accommodation, meals, transport etc.

Deposits All photography sessions require a deposit to secure the session. Shoots are not confirmed without deposits. Deposits can be paid by credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard) or by check. SILVER ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE

The Silver Engagement Photography Package includes:-

• One hour of photography in studio OR outdoor location, capturing approximately 100-200 images, selecting the best images and supplying

• All images scanned to Compact Discs (CD's) with both hi-res and lo-res images are included 

• Reproduction Rights are assigned to you allowing you to make your own reprints and enlargements.

GOLD ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE

The Gold Engagement Photography Package includes:-

• Up to 2-1/2 hours of professional engagement photography, either outdoor location or in studio sitting

• Includes a professional assistant who not only assists the photographer, but also helps with poses, arranging accessories and backdrops, as well as placement of props and lighting

• Capture approximately 200-300 original images, selecting the best and supplying

• All images scanned to Compact Discs (CD's) with both hi-res and lo-res images are included 

• Reproduction Rights are assigned to you allowing you to make your own reprints and enlargements.

PLATINUM ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE

The Platinum Engagement Photography Package includes:-

• Up to 3 -1/2 hours of professional engagement photography, in a combination of outdoor locations as well as a studio sitting

• Includes a professional assistant who not only assists the photographer, but also helps with poses, arranging accessories and backdrops, as well as placement of props and lighting

• Capture approximately 300-400 original images, selecting the best and supplying

• One set of 40-60  4"x6"  professionally processed color proofs

• One set of 20-40  4"x6" photojournalistic style professionally processed black and white prints

• All images scanned to Compact Discs (CD's) with both hi-res and lo-res images are included 

• Reproduction Rights are assigned to you allowing you to make your own reprints and enlargements.
